How do I set up a just giving page for multiple charities?

Can you set up a group JustGiving page?

Log into your personal JustGiving account, click your name in the top right hand corner and select Your Fundraising. Click on the team page under ‘Teams you have started’. Click on ‘Invite members’. A new page will appear that will enable you to share your team on Facebook, or send an email to your colleagues.

To set up a shared page, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your JustGiving account, if you don’t have an account you’ll be prompted to set one up.
  2. Click on ‘Start Fundraising’ at the top of the page and search for the cause you want to support.
  3. Let us know what you’re doing to raise money.

How much does it cost to set up a JustGiving page?

It’s free to sign up and create a Crowdfunding Page on JustGiving and at the end of your campaign, we’ll send everything you raise to you directly, minus card-processing fees.

Can you transfer money from one JustGiving page to another?

Funds are available to withdraw 14 days after launching your page. To withdraw what you’ve raised so far, all you need to do is head to the ‘Funds’ tab on your Page. It takes 6-10 working days for the funds to reach you after requesting a withdrawal.

Why is my JustGiving page not working?

Clearing your browsing history and cookies removes any error loops that may be stuck in your browser. To clear this data when using Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox please hold down Ctrl + shift + Delete at the same time, please do not have JustGiving open at all when you do this.

How do I activate my Just Giving page?

To reactivate an old fundraising page, log into your account, click on your name in the top right hand corner and select ‘Your Fundraising’. Choose ‘See your inactive pages’ and select the page you’d like to reactivate. Click on the blue ‘Extend your page’ button.

How long does it take to set up a just giving page?

Most pages go live straight away, but sometimes we need to check the content of your page to make sure it meets our Page Guidelines. These additional checks should be done in two working days and then your page will approved and activated.

Does JustGiving go straight to the charity?

If your charity is based in the UK we automatically transfer donations to the chosen charity on a weekly basis (or, if the total donated to that particular charity on JustGiving is £50 or less, we wait until the end of the month). There’s nothing you need to do.

How much money does JustGiving take?

JustGiving charges charities a 5% Gift Aid reclaim and processing fee, but this is optional and charities can choose to claim Gift Aid themselves. It also charges a payment processing fee, set at 1.9% + £0.20. JustGiving states that this accounts for the varying costs of processing different payment types.
