How much of my donation will go toward programs and services? RAINN is committed to using funds responsibly to create and execute programs that make an impact in the lives of survivors of sexual violence, their loved ones, and the general public.
Is RAINN funded by the government?
The federal government provides financial support to programs and services that support survivors of sexual violence. Each year, RAINN works closely with allied stakeholders, Members of Congress, administration officials, and others to secure and expand funding for these critical programs and services.
How is Rainn funded?

Refusing to acknowledge “no” A partner who is disengaged, nonresponsive, or visibly upset. Assuming that wearing certain clothes, flirting, or kissing is an invitation for anything more. Someone being under the legal age of consent, as defined by the state.

As of 1998, 2.78 million men in the U.S. had been victims of attempted or completed rape. About 3% of American men—or 1 in 33—have experienced an attempted or completed rape in their lifetime. 1 out of every 10 rape victims are male.
